1. Basis for price quoting

The projects are priced based on “Rules for the Calculation of Architect’s Remuneration” of the Polish Architects Chamber (IARP). The IARP is the organization whose membership is mandatory for architects practising in Poland.
The basis for the calculation of the architect’s remuneration pursuant to the “Rules for the Calculation of Architect’s Remuneration” is the net surface of the facility (i.e. the surface of all rooms).

When required by circumstances, we may also set the price based on “Trade principles for determining the price of design works”.
The basis for calculating the price pursuant to “Trade principles for determining the price of design works” is the facility’s cubature. The number of work units involved depends upon the category, type and scope of the design as well as additional factors.
The value of a work unit is updated on the current basis.

2. Pricing principles

The unit price for designing one square metre of the facility’s surface depends on:
- the size of the facility (in general: the bigger the surface, the lower the rate)
- the design category (e.g. the design of a house, office building, hall, etc)
- the type of design (e.g. building design, interior design, etc)
- the scope of design (e.g. building, ready for execution, basic, full).

Additionally, the project’s price may be affected by as follows:
- additional projects and trade studies (e.g. road or fire protection study)
- additional specialist studies (e.g. expert’s opinions, studies)
- additional services (e.g. mediating, obtaining permits and consents)
- special features (e.g. computer visualisations).

As architects associated in the Architects Chamber having the certificates necessary in order legally practise this profession, we guarantee the designs to conform to binding law regulations satisfying all the requirements with regard to both design solutions as well as the quality of building documentation.

3. Pricelist

The scope of unit prices for projects in the main categories of facilities and project types (the price depends on the size of the facility and scope of the project).

Architectural and constructional projects

Buildings (apartament, services, offices, etc):
45-85 pln/m²
Detached houses:
60-80 pln/m²

Interior architecture projects

Commercial interiors:
50 -150 pln/m²
Home interiors:
50-150 pln/m²

Electric installations projects

Buildings, houses, interiors:
5-15 pln/m²

Sanitary installations projects

Buildings, houses, interiors:
15-40 pln/m²

All prices quoted on the net basis. 23% of the VAT tax shall be added to all prices.

4. Execution

For many years we have cooperated with a group of experienced contractors who carry out all kind of construction jobs and finishing works.
